I sent MacBook display as an Aliexpress return item and now tracking for my package is showing Shenzhen City, waiting for the recipient to declare to the customs (EE087971695KZ). What are the next steps to import the item?

The recipient should have got a notice about how to declare to the customs. It will be released and delivered to him once he finishes declaring.
