Hi James,

It hasn't been arrived in Canada. It was handed over to the carrier transport on June 1 and is in transit to Canada now. It usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in Canada after that. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.

I find that to get the correct information about each step in the shipping, it's best to use Google Chinese-to-English translator and translate the Chinese characters listed. The English doesn't always match what the Chinese says or one English phrase is applied to multiple different Chinese phrases. Ex. I was in dismay to see that the latest step for me has my order back at the origin! But the accompanying Chinese phrase says, when translated, "Guangzhou, 【Guangzhou International Center】has been exported directly". It would help if whatever ship it's on could once in a while post "It's still on the boat." or something because the last report was 6 weeks ago.
