What is taking so long for the plane to leave China?

For item LY189763826CN and LN262221081CN Currently the tracking info tells me that
these packages ae still at the airports(s) in China and have not departed for the USA.
Do you have a time frame, have the planes left the airport? to go to the USA?

They should be en route to the US now. To my experience, it should be reached in recent 10-20 days. Please wait for more days to get update.
