LV212613730CN This is China Post tracking number a new one should have been assigned once it came to Canada can you please advise of this number as it has been months and I am still not in receipt of package

Hi, I sent a return package via Canada post from Canada to China (Suzhou). The package is now being held by custom, as it seems that tax is required to be paid. There is a language barrier between the seller and I, but the seller seems to be confused as to what to do. The last tracking says that material is needed from the addressee.
