I want to ask what happened to my shipment that I sent on 7/20/22 and it still hasn't been returned to the seller. The shipment number is RF728100158SK Could you please look at it and help me? the shipment cost me 53 euros, which I would like to get back from the seller, thank you for your help

my package still keep returning all the time, what is happening china post? are you going to send this package or not ? even the seller saying he have no control he have nothing to do? if you not going to send my package then why I keep waiting with no result? as I know you ding good service but why this time I'm suffering with china post ? if no chance to send it which I do not know what is the reason then send it back to the seller so I can get my money back, or fix the issue and send it to me, it stuck in the last stage before flying to my country since long time keep returned, what is the reason ? please give me solution for my problem .and please don't tell me to contact the seller as he also said he only can refund me if he received the package back to him.

Good morning,

I have a shipment that should be sent to Hong Kong in the nearest coming days. The problem is, the shipment took so long. It has been 13 days. I need the shipment to be delivered as soon as possible to the company because of the warranty of the product I bought from them. I wonder if there is any problem happening?
