What is happening with my parcel?

I sent a package on December 9th 2020 to my son in Ningbo. According to tracking information it has been in Ningbo customs since 22nd December 2020. Can you please advise if there's a problem with the parcel. To date my son has not been phoned to arrange pickup or delivery.

Hi AnnaM,

If it's still stuck at the customs, it should be waiting the receiver to declare to the customs now. You'd better let the receiver in China contact the customs to check. China customs service number 12360.
