What is going on with my package?

My package hasn’t moved since the 12th. The confirmation email said 2-4 weeks and It has been more than 4 weeks.
Tracking number: AS400094613CN

Is it ever going to show up; or did I get burnt?

Hi aschmit,

It's still in transit and hasn't got by USPS. You need to wait for more days to get update. It should be delayed due to the coronavirus.
