What is going on with my package?

I have a package, CY027530877CN , and for 15 days it was in Guangzhou City, emails left [Guangzhou International Exchange Station] and are being sent to the next station. Then it was "returned" back to the station and then right after it was Guangzhou City, emails left [Guangzhou International Exchange Station] and are being sent to the next station. Just want to know what's going on.

Also, the company that I bought from I paid expedited shipping for it to reach the US within 9-15 days and it's going on 20. I already reached out to them about this.

You need to track it in the following days to see if it will be returned again to the seller or sent our smoothly.
