I've bought a product on ebay 3 months ago and

Whats does "has imports mutual seal (domestic by turned) " mean? I'll not recieve my product ? if so i can ask for refund ( I live in Brazil)

Hi ekerezin,

You couldn't get it. It show it was on the return way to the sender from August 6. Not sure if the seller has got it or not. You should contact the seller to send again or open a dipute to eBay as soon as possible to ask your money back.
