What happened with my package?

A friend made a purchase order # 57fc0ae30ffdo1aafbd0ef8b accidentally put in the wrong address and trying to figure out hy he hasn't been contacted concerning this situation. The order has been paid in full and I feel the customer service you are providing for your customers is unacceptable. If the product was returned it is only proper and professional to contact him and correct this situation or refund the money.

Hi,

Where did your friend make the purchase? eBay, Amazon, AliExpress or other places? You should let him contact the seller and let the seller know this situation. If the seller has shipped the item, there should be a tracking number.

It has been 84 days and although it has been reaching Canada, it's still never been registered on CanadaPost so there is no way for me to ask CanadaPost regarding whereabouts and what happened to my package since it's not registered on their system and it doesn't come up on its website at all.
