Hi, In Cainiao's plataform said "Leaving from departure country/region" but that's what it says since 7 days, but there has been no update since then.Is there a problem with the trip?

Hi Adrián,

You need to wait for more days to get update. If there is no update for over a month, it's not normal. Then, contact the seller to reflect the problem and give you a solution in time.
