It's been three months still haven't received my package it keeps saying it's still in Guangzhou city . Why has it not left there? I really need my package.
You package arrived in your country on Dec. 27, 2017 but was returned back on Jan. 1, 2018. Now, it's back in China now. The seller will get it later. You'd better contact the seller to deliver again or open a dispute to ask your money back as soon as possible.
