What happened to my order?

Hi! I don't know what the status of my order (UT409880268CN) is as there have been no updates since October 12 and the last update is this; "left [package delivery bulk business department backstage support class], next stop [Dongguan International]". It's only supposed to ship to Philippines and the seller said it's gonna take 5-7 working days to ship so I don't know why it's taking so long

It's sent by using China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus which is a cheap service of China Post. China Post doesn't provide tracking service for it after it moves for some stations in China. So, you can't get more update after October 12. It usually takes about 40-60 days to be delivered. If you couldn't get it in time, contact the seller to give you a solution.
