What happen to my parcel

I know it already arrive in japan but it said here that it departed from tokyo inward office of exchange, and from what i know is if it's they allowed it to be sent here they'll be delivering it to chibamidori and the time for it to arrive will only be few hours. So i was wondering why this time it took so long? Did they send it back to China? What happen to my parcel? Here is my tracking number EB737696019CN
