Hi, my name is Steven as i've tracked that the package with the Singapore tracking number RC686153020SG, is still sitting in the Guangzhou City Post Office since 16 November 2016?
The package is supposed to deliver and attention to the following as below.

Dear Ms Daisy,
Thank you for your reply and assistance. May i ask, how come the parcel is not directly delivered to Mr Huang Jian Hui as i've stated the exact address? Pardon me as this is my first time sending a parcel from Singapore to China, i really don't know how the system works in China Post. I've already informed the recipient Mr Huang Jian Hui to help on this. Pardon me, is this the procedure that everyone in China have to go through by calling China Post or pick it up themselves at the Post Office?
Daisy could you kindly help me on the parcel, is it possible to deliver the parcel directly and call to inform Mr Huang Jian Hui to remind him at this contact number +86 15802039938?

Sorry, I couldn't help you to call China Post to deliver the parcel directly to Mr Huang. China Post need to make sure the people calling is the receiver himself, or they will not believe and deliver it to the person.
In most cases, China postman should deliver the parcel to the detailed address you provided. After they arrived the place, they will call the receiver to pick it up. I'm not sure which address do you provide to them. If it's just 'City: Guangzhou, Country: China, Province: Guang Dong', it's not in details. They have no way to deliver it to Mr Huang.

This parcel has been in Guangzhou Shijing Post office since Nov. 16. The status is waiting for the receiver to pick it up. Could you contact the receiver Huang Jian Hui to pick it up at the office? The post office is located at No. 10, Shisha Road, Shijing Town, Guangzhou City. Contact number: 020-86418621
Or you can let him call 11185 to let China Post to deliver it to him.
