What going on with my package

What does, “Contact local terminal waiting for reception” mean? My package has been saying this for over a week now. It cleared U.S customs on 10/09/2024. My package was “transferred to local courier”, on 10/11/2024. Now it says “Contact local terminal waiting for reception”. What does this mean, do I need to do something? My package was shipped 16 Sep 2024.

Hi Alexis,

You don't need to do anything. It's waiting for your local courier to get it now. If it's stuck for a long time, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and check it for you through opening a case.
