Package has been saying "Returned for proper investment for a few days now" wondering what that means. I had contacted the merchant, but they haven't responded yet. (EA930091472CN)

It was returned back to the seller and the seller has got it on May 15. You need to contact the seller to give you a solution (refund you or send it again to you) as soon as possible.
