It means the seller just created the order but has not sent it. If this last for a long time without any further update, it may also because this kind of package couldn't be tracked.

There is only 'Logistics order created' shown in tracking information for it because the seller just created the order on March 9 but hasn't shipped it. You need to push the seller to ship the package immediately.

@ibrahim Ali, I think we’ve been scammed mate as that is also my tracking number however I made a purchased on the 24th May but the order was created on the 22nd May. Defo something is not right
