My package has had this status for about a month now. Is it waiting to be put on a plane or what is happening with the package when it says, "Shanghai, delivered to air transport" for a month.

It's in transit to the USA now. It usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in the USA after it was delivered to air transport. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.

My package has been “Delivered to air transport” for 3 months now, and when i called USPS to file a case to help me find it, they told me it’s never been shipped out on a plane to the US! how to i contact them to find my order and ship it out
