What does Rejected by Safety Check Point

I need help understanding what this message from China post tracking means.
Rejected by Safety Check Point
Does it mean it will be sent back to the seller. The item was received by the airline on the 10/02/21 then nothing until today with the above Rejected by Safety Check Point any help would be appreciated.

Hi Easty53,

It may be checked again or returned back to the seller. You need to track it in the following days to see if it's normal. If it's returned back again or you couldn't receive it in time, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and give you a solution.

Hi, I ordered a parcel from Aliexpress, and when I tracked my order, it said that it is rejected by Safety Check Point at Guangzhou. Then it said that Departure from Regional Sorting Center. Will I receive my order or will it return to the seller? If it returns to the seller, how can I know? I also ordered the similar item at a later date, and now I have already received it.
