My tracking number is RH988657125CN. Help me with my tracking because it's been 5 days since the last update..

They are sent by using China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus which is a cheap service of China Post. China Post doesn't provide tracking service for it after it moves for some stations in China. So, you can't get more update after March 7 and March 9. If you couldn't get them in this month, I suggest you contact the seller as soon as possible to give you a solution. Or, you may get nothing at last.

Hi mayaya,

It's not stuck there but moves. China Post doesn't provide tracking service for it any more because it's sent by using a cheap service of China Post.

If the seller said it has been shipped, it should be shipped. As it's shipped by China Post ordinary small packet plus, it couldn't be tracked.

It's not sent by China EMS. It's just sent by China Post. According to the tracking information it left China around July 20 and on the way to your country now. There will be further update when it arrives.

Hi Adelyne,

It's a large package and takes a long time to be delivered. China Post stops updating tracking information for it since July 3. You can only wait for it now. If you couldn't receive it within 65 days, it's not normal.
