Hello, my packet no. LX054969481CN. This is the last status from 16th of March: "Departed from ShangHai city sent to HeNei（ Transit ）,Shanghai city"
Does it mean packet still hasn't left China? Thanks.

Hi Rover,

It should have left China and is in transit to Vietnam now. Please wait another 10-25 days to get update showing it arrives in Vietnam.

I live in the U.S. & LW574346100CN Is my tracking number. The item was ordered on 3/06. The last update that it’s showing is on 3/13 and it says Shanghai, delivered to air transport. What does that mean and it still in China?
