What does Flight Departed actually mean LZ983570603CN

The last status for my package LZ983570603CN is “Flight Departed”, but after 15 days there is no update. Did the flight ever arrive wherever it was going, or is my package actually on a boat?

It usually takes about 20-60 days to have update showing it arrives in Canada after airline start shipping. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.
