The information says my parcel has been in delivered from UK to China and has been in Customs since 30th April 2020. It is a returned parcel I need a refund for. Can you tell me when it will be delivered to it’s destination in China?

My packages is a bag which I was bought from a scammer. I have sent it back and has been waiting as EME. Can you tell me how much longer it will need to wait in customs for? I need to know this so I can get a refund from Pay pal from the scammer. Can you also let me know if there is anything else that need to be done?

It takes about 7-20 days for it to be released. You'd better wait for more days to see. Also, you'd better contact the receiver to ask if he has received some notice from the customs.

Hi, tracking number RY270917571GB, it's been in import customs for 20 days. My wife bought a dress from a scammer and we had to return it to China. I can't resolve it with PayPal as it is still in customs. I don't have any other contact details for the end address in China. Do you know why it is has been in customs for so long and when it would be released?

Hi Adam Beech,
The customs should have noticed the receiver declare to the customs. If the receiver doesn't do that, it couldn't be delivered.
