Hello sir AS751115236CN its says out of delivery is my parcel coming to my address or returning back

AS757968232CN My package says out for delivery and has for 3 days now. Where is my package?

Just wondering how to find out where my package from China Post EMs is at? Tracking number is AS134245274CN and it shows out for delivery but I haven't received it and on your page here it says to pick up. Does that mean I pick it up and if so where? Contacting seller had been unsuccessful so I'm not sure how to get help.
