What you provided are translations from tracking results in Chinese version. There is usually google translator misconfiguration for it. Better provide the tracking number to me.

The recipient in China doesn't accept it and he sent it back to you by using China Post. On Feb. 6, it was in Fuzhou and it's still in transit in China now. After a few days, it will leave China and head for UK. Royal Mail will deliver it to you when it's in UK.

i have asked them they said not until they get the parcel but it's £63.00 i was getting them for my daughter for her birthday and christmas the ad did say 30 day money back guarantee but they just won't pay up it has made me to think if anything say posted from china leave well alone
