What do my parcel is held

Please any advice on what to do my parcel is coming from Brazil to Guangzhou it is held for costom inspection Guangzhou for the past 14 days is there anything else I can do please reply thanks.

Better contact the receiver in China to call China Post service number 1118 to check it and as what to do to get it.

I am from Malaysia and i am sending a return parcel to a Tabao Seller in Yi Xing.
The return parcel is declared as returning goods due to defect. However in transit it appears the parcel is being held up twice by the custom and it was last held at CNSZHA since 29/06. Is there anything can be done to know what is causing the clearance delay or get the parcel moving ? I have asked seller about it and they said they received no update on this. CP317027575MY

Thank you for advising parcel referenced RN014958579GB is currently held by customs. As suggested, I contacted the seller but they refuse to acknowledge or assist. They simply state that they are not responsible if the parcel is lost or held by Customs and I will only be offered a refund if they receive it. Please advise what I can do to resolve this.

hello! my parcel CR925888462SG has been held in custom for almost a month now. item cleared shanghai customs but not the one in guangzhou. parcel has also been previously sent to me as the parcel i am sending back is a return parcel from taobao. what should i do? have asked recipient to contact custom but there is no reply yet.
