What do I do if I didn’t get my package but it says delivered??

So I have been waiting weeks for this engine to finish this mini chopper that my son and I been building together it’s the last thing we needed so we been tracking it in patiently excited and today it said delivered but we didn’t get anything nothings came !!!! What do I do?????

Hi EmilioRamirez801,

If it shows delivered but you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. Only the seller can require China Post to do a formal trace investigation about the address it was delivered to and the person who signed for it.

I was sent a package (RR117255886PL). The system says it has been delivered few days ago. Unfortunately I didn't get it.
