What courier post does a parcel go to once shipped in New Zealand

My parcel says successfully delivered but I have not received anything and nobody received it.

If it's shipped by China Post, it will be handed over to your local Post courier to deliver it to you.

Received a message saying, the package was delivered successfully but I didn't receive any.

Hi Can you please tell me if there is mail being held up in Guangzhou. My parcel has been in delivery from China since March and so far has been scanned many times. This parcel was returned to the seller awhile back and then resent but Now sitting at Guangzhou since 29 April. The seller keeps telling me that to be patient and he has shipped the parcel, but just want to check that all is OK and how long the delay could be. The parcel code is showing in the New Zealand postal systems so I imagine it is all legitimate. Thank you.
