I'm waiting for my package but the tracking number says it's been delivered, with what courier company have they used to deliver it

According the Tracking Record of 17TRACK the ORDER #CH3604 seems DELIVERED since 2024-08-07 16:41 !!!!

Until this moment Thursday 2024-08-24 14:00, I personal haven’t received anything, so I’m trying to get in contact with somebody of the Courier's company,
but I can’t find who is the Courier company who made the delivery, it is not written in the Tracking list that I’m sending you.

Could you be so kind to indicate me the name and the tel number of the Courier that the China Post has used for the specific Delivery?

What courier company is the agent of cjina post in Cyprus? According to tracking parcel in Paphos. At office of Cyprus post i was told they don`t have this parcel and may be this is other courier service company, for example ACS courier service. So i need to know to what company i need to go to take my parcel.
