What and where is a host processing center?

Hi, its been a couple of days and both of my packages seems to have been in the host processing center for awhile. Can anyone please tell me where they are. Here are the tracking numbers:

Hi Jahynie,

They arrived in Lithuania on July 27 and 22 seperately and are in transit to UK now. As it's sent by train, it's slow. Please wait for more days to get update.
