My parcel number is AM669998446CN. It appears to be delivered, but not. Can you help me please to find this parcel? I was asking the seller, and they recommend me to ask you about the parcel. If you drop to another postal company from my country, please let me know. Thank you very much.

Unfortunately I was asking the seller to track the delivery, but he doesn't answer. I was opened a dispute on the Ali Express site, but they ask me to give a proof that the delivery was not make. I just ask who is the carrier from my country who take the package, to solve the issue with them. I saw that the parcel seems to be delivered on February, but China Post doesn't operate in Romania, or on the site it figure that they deliver the package. Sorry, but I don't know what I have to do, and I hope you can tell me who is the carrier post office in my country.
According to the tracking information, AM669998446CN was delivered on Feb.17. If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. Only the seller can require China Post to do a formal trace investigation about where it was dlivered to. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
