WE SEE FROM YOUR WEB-SITE THAT OUR PACKET UNDER NR LZ316843387CN ON SEPTEMBER 29 (!!) ARE " RECEIVED BY THE CARRIER).... STOP

NO OTHER NEWS AND OF COURSE NO PACKET ARRIVED AND NOW WE ARE IN NOVEMBER !!

CAN PLS VERIFY AND INFORM BY RETURN OF MAIL " [email protected] "

Hi andrearoidi,

It usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in Italy after it was received by carrier. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.
