Wating for airline space

Hi
My parcel has been stuck at 'waiting for airline space' for almost a month now. I have received all other parcels that I ordered later than this one.
Is there something wrong?

Hi EJ,

It's still in transit and hasn't arrived. e-packet packages usually take about 20-40 days to be delivered. I suggest you wait for more days to get update.
