Was my parcel sent "sign for"

Tracking ID LZ669413484CN. This parcel was sent in February but I did not get tracking info till end of March. It says it has been delivered in the UK but I don't have it nor do my neighbours. Royal Mail UK asks if it was "signed for" . Need this information to locate where it is. Thanks

Hi Phoebe B.,

We could only find it was delivered. If it's not delivered to your address, you need to contact the seller to ask if the tracking number is right. The seller may give you a tracking number of another customer. If the number is right, he may filled the address by mistake. The seller should give you a solution at last if you couldn't get it.
