I have been tracking my package that I ordered in early December 2020. I now have a tracking number ( CP371316505CN ) but have no idea if my package is on the way to me.

It arrived in the US on Feb. 19 and is still stuck in New York now. It's delivered by USPS when it arrives in the US. You need to contact USPS to reflect the problem and let them check it for you as soon as possible. If you couldn't receive it at last, you need to contact the seller to get a solution.
