I had a package ship from China to Canada Alberta Calgary on Sept 25, 2021. I still have not received it yet. Could you please find out the issues for me? Thank you and have a nice day! The tracking is EV996300763CN. I pleasure for your help.

Hi Sulan Chen,

It was delivered to the carrier transport on September 25 and takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in Canada after that. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.
