I sended to Guangzhou, wushan subway station No483, Tianhe district. I sended for her and she disapear i cant find her, i know she work in Toyota of Guangzhou, what i can do now? Thanks

Do you use postal service from your area? If so, when it reaches China, it will be handed over to China Post to send. Could you let me know your tracking number? They will help you return it back to you. But you'd better find a Chinese people help you to call.
Where did you send it? You should go there to let them know your needs. Or you can check their service line online and call them. They will let the carrier know and it will return to you. But you need to pay the return fee.
