Im waiting a package since 29 january.
The seller told me that was resend and since 2017-03-16 the tracking stucked (太原Transit Station import customs cleared (domestic transit ))
Can you help me anyway to understand where is the package. im waiting for it 4months.

I don't think you could get the package. It doesn't leave China at all. Better contact the seller if it has been returned back to him or ask your money back.

The package should have returned back to the seller. Could you open an dispute to the platform where you bought the item and get your money?

I opened a dispute already but keeps saying me that is on the way.
But now we bith know that is not true.
I asked also my money back, and now says me that didnt recieve the return package yet.
Can you make something with this? To return back the package to the seller, probably by this way i can get my refund.

The only way you could do now is to call China Post service number +86 10 11185 if you are outside China. For English service, please press 8 after the call is got through.
Please provide your tracking number here.
