Waiting over 3months and no update

I ordered an item over 3 months ago and have not recieved the item or had any further updates of its location. The tracking ID also says expired. Could uou plesse advise?

Hi Jay,

It usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in UK after it was delivered to air transport. As it has been over three months, it's not normal. You need to contact the seller as soon as possible to get refund.

My tracking #: LY235146695CN I have ordered something off of DHgate and its been 4 months now, I have contacted the seller multiple times but they just keep saying (its in your country/just wait). They have been saying that for the past 2-3months now. The estimated date is July 12 and its still not here. I even try to track the package but it hasnt been updated. Help please!
