Waiting for Parcel from China to Germany

Hello,
I am waiting for the parcel CP443602817CN since more than 9 weeks now ("2021-04-27 15:54 Shanghai, sent to the carrier").
It seams to have landed in Germany last week:
"2021-07-02 14:19 Leipzig, arrive at the sent ground processing centre".
But at the same time, the tracking number now is "expired".
The parcels current status is:
"2021-07-03 12:04 Frankfurt, Departure from The Foreign Export Swap Office (not yet arrived at China Post)"
What is the "Foreign Export Swap Office"? Does this mean, that it goes back to China now, instead of being delivered to me? If so, why? And why did it take so long to send it from China to Germany?
Please help that I receive my parcel!

Hi Daisy,
thank you for your reply. My address is correct, so it might not have passed customs. The problem is, that the sender is not available anymore for weeks now (more than 100 parcels from the same campaign have the same problem - no answer to any questions, we also have no direct contact (no address, phone or email)). Will the sender get notice of the problem once the parcel is back in China? Is there anything else I can do?

The sender could get the notice of the problem once the parcel is back in China. If they are honest, they should contact you and give you a solution.

According to the trackinging information, it's on the way back to China now. It should be due to the address problem or it couldn't be passed the customs check. You need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and check it for you.
