About EE445376693IT shipping code, it seems that's stuck because of the absence of an invoice (it is about returned goods).
Tracking info message says "Waiting for Cargo Declaration Materials from Addressee", so how should I do to provide invoices?
Is it my responsibility to provide invoices or a recipient's task?
Please help me!
