Hi, can you please help me locate my parcel

There has been no updates since 25/5 which shows flight departure waiting for space? The parcel was estimated to arrive on 5/6

The answer does not make sense. I had not even ordered the item in April so how could the flight depart 18th of April. Thanks

It has been nearly 30 days and the package is still showing in transit
It shows airline departure on 25/5 but it never normally takes this long for my parcels to arrive to Newzealand from china
Can i please have an update on my package -LZ873560056CN
Are you able to provide me with the flight details so i can check the flight or has my package not even been even been loaded onto a plane yet?

e-packet is slow to New Zealand at present. It usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in New Zealand after airline departs. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.
