Hello, I sent a package to China on 13 March.
It arrived there very soon and got through customs. It was never delivered to the receiver and now the last information from 6 May is that it doesn't meet customs requirements. I cannot reach China Post and the pacakge needs to come back to the Netherlands. Where is it and what can be done ? I never received email about this situation.
Please help !
