Volumetric or actual weight for China Post International Large Parcel?

Will I be charged the volumetric weight when I ship or the actual weight of the package no matter what size the package is (so long as it is under the limits).

Hi James,

You will be charged according to the actual weight of the packages in most of the time. But if the package is too light but very big, it will be charged by volume.
