Dear Sirs,
I have purchased an item from the internet. The company that sold me the item emailed in September 2023 saying that the parcel has been delivered. Your website is showing that the parcel has been delivered too, however I have asked the neighbours and nobody has received the parcel until today 20th of March 2024.
I have contacted Vitavia in UK and they said they never any green house over the internet as they only sell to retailers.
The Company that is selling this product is advertising that this is an UK (United Kingdom) product, however the tracking nr is showing that comes from China. THIS IS A SCAM!!

If you don't receive it, you need to require the seller to check it for you in time. The seller could open a case to China Post to check where it was delivered to for you. If the seller cheating you that it's an UK product, you need to require them to give you an explanation.
