We've received many same questions like yours. They all bought wedding address from Ligia Bernardo seller and the tracking number they are given are all the same ones. The tracking number is 03604717892. I think you have the same one. The tracking shows the package left China on August 30 and no further update for it. This is because the package is a China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus which couldn't be tracked when it left China. We have no way to help you about this. You'd better contact the seller to ask your money back if you couldn't receive it.
