Dear Sirs, I cannot track the shipment because of the verification code : it doesn't recognize the verification code I'm typing. While I'm typing exactly the code I see.
How to handle pls ?

Your website doesn't work. I typed my tracking number into the box and pressed search. It then opened a new window, asking me to copy a verification code which I did. It keeps telling me the code is wrong but its your own code!!???
