I've opened a dispute since months ago, but they're waiting for YOU GUYS to declare it LOST. Otherwise, the dispute won't progress. Please, tell me how long it takes, coz the shipment is started since November, and no update from you guys.

It's sent by using China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus which is a cheap service of China Post. It couldn't be tracked after leaving for some stations in China. There will be no update for it. You'd better try to contact the seller to get refund.

China Post will not declare it lost. In normal, if it couldn't be delivered within three months, it must be lost.

You should open a dispute on AliExpress to get refund now. It has been over four months that you still don't receive it. It's not normal. You can also contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.
