It's in Dublin now. It's sent by using China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus which is a cheap service of China Post. China Post doesn't provide tracking service for it after it arrives in Ireland. So, you can't get more update after May 4. It usually takes about 60-90 days to be delivered. If you couldn't get it in time, contact the seller to give you a solution.

I could only get information tha it arrives in Dublin on May 4. No more information for it after that. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
